Cancelling a One Time Order

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@peptenova.com with your order number. Because we process and ship orders quickly, we can only cancel an order before it has shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you can still return it under our 60 Day Money Back Guarantee.

Cancelling a Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no fees and no commitment. There is no minimum number of orders. See our Subscription Policy for full details on managing your subscription.

How to Cancel a Subscription

To cancel, log in to your account and manage your subscription from your customer portal, or email us at support@peptenova.com and we will cancel it for you. To make sure a cancellation applies to your next refill, please contact us at least 2 business days before your next scheduled shipment.

Refills Already Shipped

If a subscription refill has already been processed or shipped before you cancel, that order cannot be cancelled, but it is covered by our 60 Day Money Back Guarantee and can be returned for a refund.

Changes to Your Order

If you need to change the shipping address, quantity, or frequency of an order, contact us at support@peptenova.com before your order ships and we will do our best to update it.
