Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping within the United States typically arrives within 5 to 7 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Free shipping is included on multi box orders. Single box orders may include a small shipping charge, which is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Subscription Shipments

If you are on a subscription, your refill ships automatically at the interval you selected. You will receive an email before each refill ships. Subscription orders include free shipping.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have not received tracking within a few business days of ordering, contact us at support@peptenova.com.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO Addresses

We ship to most addresses within the United States, including many P.O. boxes. If you have trouble at checkout, please reach out and we will help.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Peptenova is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package has shipped. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@peptenova.com and we will work with you to resolve it, including sending a replacement when appropriate.

International Shipping

At this time we primarily ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, rates and delivery times will be shown at checkout, and any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
