How Subscriptions Work
Our subscription option, also called Automatic Refills, delivers your Peptenova product on a regular schedule so you never run out. When you subscribe, you save on every order and receive free shipping. You choose your bundle at checkout, and the refill frequency is matched to how long that bundle lasts.
Refill Frequency
The delivery frequency depends on the bundle you select, so your refills arrive about the time you finish your current supply:
- 2 Week Supply (1 box) refills every 2 weeks
- 4 Week Supply (2 boxes) refills every 4 weeks
- 6 Week Supply (3 boxes) refills every 6 weeks
Subscription Savings
Subscribers save on every refill compared to a one time purchase, and every subscription order ships free. The exact discount is shown at checkout before you confirm.
Billing
By starting a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically for each refill at the price and interval you selected, until you cancel. You will receive an email reminder before each refill is billed and shipped.
Managing Your Subscription
You are always in control. You can pause, skip, change the frequency, update your payment or shipping details, or cancel at any time. Log in to your account to manage your subscription from your customer portal, or email us at support@peptenova.com and we will help.
No Commitment
There is no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee. You can cancel any time. To make sure a change or cancellation applies to your next refill, please make it at least 2 business days before your next scheduled shipment.
Price Changes
If the price of a subscription changes, we will notify you by email before the change takes effect so you can decide whether to continue.
